Export your equipment to CSV
Download every item, or just the filtered list. The file uses the same columns the import reads.
On Equipment, press Export CSV. The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
- With no filter set, the export is every item you have, archived ones included — a complete copy for your records.
- With a filter set (a search, a status, a category, a location), the export is exactly the list on screen.
The columns are: Name, Asset number, Category, Location, Status, Serial number, Make, Model, Purchase date, Purchase price, Engine hours, Next inspection due, Tag code, Archived, and Notes. They are the same columns the import reads, so an exported file can be edited and imported again. See Import equipment from a spreadsheet.
Other downloads
- Everything in one file: Settings → Export → Prepare export. You get a ZIP with a spreadsheet for each kind of record (equipment, history, locations, categories, maintenance, documents, photos, team) and every document and photo, in a folder per item. It takes a minute or two for a large account; the page updates when it's ready, and the file is kept for 7 days.
- The full history of every item: Activity → Export CSV. See The activity log and its export.
- Each report has its own CSV button, and the inspection compliance report a PDF. See The four reports.
Note
Exports keep working after a trial ends or a subscription lapses. Your data is yours. See The free trial, and choosing a plan.
