The four reports
Which question each report answers, where its numbers come from, and the CSV and PDF downloads.
Reports in the sidebar opens four cards, each with its headline number, Open report and a CSV download.
- Inspection compliance: which items have expired certificates or are due within 30 days. Also downloads as a PDF for an auditor. See The inspection compliance report and the auditor PDF.
- Chain of custody: where an item has been and who had it. See The chain of custody report.
- Equipment by location: what's on each jobsite, in each vehicle and at the yard right now. See The equipment by location report.
- Cost of ownership: purchase price plus repairs per item, and which are worth replacing. See The cost of ownership report.
Every report is built from the same records as the rest of FlowNext — item dates, the history and the maintenance log — so the numbers on a report, its CSV and the dashboard always agree.
The Monday email
Owners also get these numbers by email every Monday at 6 AM in your company's time zone: inspections expired or due, items flagged for repair, and items whose repairs have reached half their price. See The emails FlowNext sends.
