How does the free trial work?+
14 days with everything in Pro, no card. Choose a plan any time during or after it.
What counts as an item?+
Each piece of equipment you track that isn't archived. Archived items keep their history and don't count toward the limit.
Is there really no per-user charge?+
Yes. Field users — crews who scan, move and report — and office users are unlimited on every plan.
Do I need to buy tags?+
No. Print QR labels free from FlowNext on Avery 5160 / 8160 sheets, or use durable tags you buy anywhere, or labels already on your gear.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from Billing. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for, and can export everything to CSV before and after.
What if I need more than 2,000 items?+
