Terms of Service
Last updated: March 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlowNext (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
FlowNext is an AI-assisted process analysis tool. It conducts a guided interview about a business workflow, then runs a pipeline of AI agents to extract process steps, classify them, assign recommendations, generate flow diagrams, and produce a written report. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.
3. AI-generated content is not professional advice
All analysis, verdicts, ROI estimates, and recommendations produced by the Service are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or operational consulting advice. You should not rely solely on this output to make material business decisions. Always apply your own judgement and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
AI models can make errors. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific circumstances. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of any generated content.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Input personal data of third parties (employees, customers, contractors) beyond what is strictly necessary to describe a business process
- Input information that is classified, subject to non-disclosure obligations, or otherwise confidential in a way that prohibits sharing with third-party AI systems
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security or rate-limiting mechanisms
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure
- Reproduce or resell the Service commercially without written permission
5. Third-party AI processing
The Service routes your inputs through Google Gemini, a third-party AI service operated by Google LLC. By using the Service you acknowledge that your inputs will be processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the applicable Gemini API Additional Terms.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business information you provide as input. You also own the output reports and diagrams generated for your session. We do not claim any rights to your inputs or outputs.
The Service software, design, and underlying agent prompts are our proprietary property. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to copy, modify, or distribute them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications to the service and terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
