The free trial, and choosing a plan

The free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan, including AI document reading and maintenance logs. No card is needed to start. Settings → Billing shows how many days are left. Owners are emailed three days before it ends.

Choose a plan

1. As an owner, go to Settings → Billing.
2. Press Choose on the plan you want. See What each plan includes, and item limits.
3. Enter your card on the secure payment page and confirm. You're brought back to FlowNext with the plan active.

Office users who aren't owners see the plans but are asked to have an owner choose.

If the trial ends without a plan

Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only:

• you can still see everything, and download every export and report;
• adding, editing and moving equipment is paused, from the office and from tags;
• crews scanning a tag are asked to tell the office.

Choose a plan at any time and everything works again, exactly as you left it.
