For field crews

You were given a FlowNext tag or invite. How to sign in on your phone, scan, move and report.

• Sign in on your phone Open your invitation, or ask for an email sign-in link. No app and no password, and you stay signed in.
• Scan a tag Point your phone's camera at a FlowNext tag, or use Scan a tag for barcodes and older stickers.
• Move equipment, or check it out and back in Use Move it on the tag page to say where an item is going, including a place that isn't on the list yet.
• Report a problem with equipment Mark an item out of service from its tag. The office is emailed straight away.
• Log hour meter readings Enter the hour meter reading from the tag page, so the office knows when service is due.
