The activity log and its export
Everything that happened to your equipment, newest first: filter by kind, person, place or dates, then download.
Activity in the sidebar is everything that has happened to your equipment, newest first: moves, scans, problem reports, status changes, hour readings, maintenance, documents, tags linked or removed, and items added, edited, archived or restored.
Filters
- Equipment name or number.
- Kind of activity: Moves, Problems reported, Status changes, Hour readings, Maintenance, Documents, Photos, Tags linked or removed, Scans, and Added, edited, archived.
- Person: who did it.
- Location: moved to or from that place.
- From and To dates.
Press Filter; Clear resets them. Where the phone's position was saved, the Where column has a Map link.
Export
Export CSV downloads what's filtered, or the full history of every item with no filter set — including GPS positions.
The log can't be edited or deleted, by anyone. That's what makes it a record you can show an insurer.
