Company name, time zone and field location
The General tab of Settings, and why the time zone decides what "today" and "overdue" mean.

Settings → General has your company's details. Owners can change them; office users can see them.
Company name and time zone
Change the Company name or the Time zone and press Save. The name appears on tag pages, in emails and on reports.
The time zone matters more than it looks. It decides what “today” is — so when an inspection becomes overdue — and when the scheduled emails arrive: inspection reminders at about 7 AM, and the owners' digest on Monday at 6 AM. Set it to where your office is.
Field location
Record location with field updates saves a phone's position with each move, problem report and hour reading made from a tag. Untick it and press Save to stop. See Phone location on field updates.
The other Settings tabs are Team (invitations), Categories (schedules) and Billing (your plan).
