Inspection reminder emails
Who gets the morning email about inspections due within 30 days or overdue, when it arrives and how often.
FlowNext emails your office team about inspections so nobody has to check the dashboard for them.
Who gets it
Every owner and office user. Field users don't.
When
At about 7 AM in your company's time zone, on a day when something new needs saying. One email covers everything:
- equipment whose inspection is due within 30 days, and
- equipment whose inspection is overdue.
How often an item is mentioned
Each item is named once when it comes due within 30 days, and once more if it goes overdue. It isn't repeated every morning. If its date changes — say you upload a new certificate — it can be named again for the new date.
Overdue and upcoming inspections are also in the owners' Monday digest. For every email FlowNext sends, see The emails FlowNext sends.
Note
No email arriving? Check the time zone in Settings → General, and look in spam for mail from notifications@flownext.co.
