What each plan includes, and item limits

FlowNext plans are priced by how many items you track. People are never counted: office users and field users are unlimited on every plan.

• Starter — $39/month, up to 200 items.
• Pro — $89/month, up to 500 items, plus AI reads inspection certificates, manuals and receipts and maintenance logs and service history.
• Business — $199/month, up to 2,000 items, plus AI reads inspection certificates, manuals and receipts and maintenance logs and service history.

Every plan includes QR tags and label printing, the field pages, inspection due dates and reminders, the four reports and the auditor PDF, the activity log and every CSV export.

What counts as an item

Every active piece of equipment. Archived items don't count, so retiring what you sold or scrapped frees up room. See Archive or restore an item. Settings → Billing shows how many you're using.

When you reach the limit

Nothing stops working. Adding, importing or restoring an item takes you to Billing to move up a plan or archive something. An import that would go over the limit imports nothing and says how many rows fit.
