The equipment by location report

Reports → Equipment by location shows what is at each place right now, one card per jobsite, vehicle, yard and person.

Each card shows:

• the place's type and its person in charge;
• how many items are there, by category;
• under Show the items, the equipment itself, with each item's status;
• the last scan or move there — the newest time anyone moved something in, or scanned an item while it was there. A jobsite with nothing scanned in weeks is worth a phone call.

Items with no location are grouped under “No location”. Filter by type (all vehicles, say) or pick one location; Download CSV exports the list.

For where things were in the past rather than now, use the chain of custody report.
