The inspection compliance report and the auditor PDF
What makes an item appear, the four statuses, and the PDF to send an auditor or insurer.
Reports → Inspection compliance lists every item that needs inspecting, and is the report to send an auditor or insurer.
Which items appear
An item is listed when something says it needs inspecting: it has a next inspection date, an inspection certificate on file, or a category with an inspection interval. Everything else — hand tools with no schedule, say — is left out.
The statuses
- Expired
- Expiring in 30 days
- No inspection date
- Compliant
The buttons above the table filter to one status, with a count on each; Category and Location narrow it further. Each row shows the latest certificate (who inspected it), the expiry date, the location and its person in charge. Click an item to open its documents.

An item with “No inspection date” needs a certificate uploaded, or an inspection date and a category interval. See How an item's next inspection date is worked out.
