Use tags from the free QR sheet generator
Printed a sheet before you had an account? Add those tags to your workspace and link each one by scanning it.
The free QR sheet generator prints real FlowNext tags without an account. They can become yours later, so the labels already stuck on your equipment don't need reprinting.
If you print the sheet first and sign up after
On the sheet's page, press Start free trial with this sheet. When your account is created, every tag on the sheet is added to it.
If you already have an account
Sign in as an office user and open the sheet's page from the browser you printed it in. Press Add these tags to your company.
Then link each tag
The tags arrive unlinked. Scan each one: FlowNext shows This tag isn't linked to any equipment yet; pick the item it's stuck on and press Link. If the item isn't in FlowNext yet, add it first. See When a tag isn't recognized or isn't linked.
Note
A sheet can only be added to one account. Until it is, scanning one of its tags shows This tag isn't set up yet — and, in the browser that printed the sheet, a Start free trial button for it.
