Print QR labels for your equipment

Print tags on Avery 5160 or 8160 sheets for the whole list or a filtered part of it, starting at any label.

Every item has a FlowNext QR tag from the moment it is added. Print them on standard address labels: Avery 5160 or 8160 (30 per US Letter sheet, 1" × 2-5/8").

  1. Go to Equipment. To print only some items, filter the list first — by category, location, status or a search.
  2. Press Print tags.
  3. If you're reusing a sheet that has some labels gone, pick where to begin in Start at label (1 is top left, counting across).
  4. Press Download PDF, and print it at 100% scale — not “Fit to page”, or the labels won't line up.

Each label has the QR code, the item's name and its code in letters. Any phone's camera opens the item's tag page from the code; the letters are for typing it in when a label is too scratched to scan.

Where to stick them

Somewhere flat, clean and out of the way of wear — and the same spot on every item of a kind, so the crew knows where to look. Our guide how to tag your equipment covers surfaces, weatherproofing and order of work.

Tip

Already have asset tags or barcodes on your gear? You don't need to replace them. See Link a barcode or tag you already have.
