Remove a tag, or move it to another item

Remove an extra tag

1. Open the item. In the Tags card on the Details tab, find the tag under the QR code.
2. Press Remove and confirm.

The tag is unlinked, not deleted: it can be linked to this or another item later, and the item's history shows when it was removed.

The item's own FlowNext QR code — the one shown large on the card — stays with the item. If its label is damaged, print a new one: filter the Equipment list to the item and press Print tags. See Print QR labels for your equipment.

Move a tag that's on the wrong item

1. Open the item the tag should be on and press Link a tag.
2. Scan or type the tag. FlowNext shows This tag is already on another item, naming it.
3. Confirm the move. Scanning the tag now opens the right item, and both items' history shows the change.
