Sign in on your phone
Open your invitation, or ask for an email sign-in link. No app and no password, and you stay signed in.
FlowNext needs no app. Everything happens in your phone's web browser.
If you were invited
Open the invitation email on your phone and tap the link. You're signed in straight away and land on your FlowNext home screen: a big Scan a tag button and the equipment you've used recently. No password to set.
Signing in again, or on a new phone
- Scan any of your company's tags. Or go to flownext.co, tap Sign in, then Email me a sign-in link under “Field crew?”.
- Type your work email and press Email me a sign-in link (on the sign-in page: Email me a link).
- Open the email on the same phone and tap the link, then press the button on the page that opens.
The link works once, within 20 minutes. If it has expired, ask for another.
Staying signed in
Once signed in, your phone stays signed in for a year, so scanning a tag mid-job opens the equipment, not a login page. If you clear your browser's data or use a private tab, you'll need a new link.

No email? Check spam for mail from notifications@flownext.co, and check with your office that they invited the address you're typing.
