Move equipment, or check it out and back in

Whenever you take equipment somewhere — onto your truck, to a jobsite, back to the yard — tell FlowNext from its tag. It takes about five seconds.

1. Scan the tag. Move it is already open.
2. Pick where it's going in Where is it going?.
   Not on the list? Type the new place's name under or a new place and pick its type (jobsite, vehicle and so on).
3. Press Move.

Moving it to a truck, a jobsite or a person checks it out to there; moving it back to the yard checks it in. The page then shows the new place, and the office sees the move straight away, with your name.

Suggested places

If your company records location with updates, FlowNext may pick the nearest yard or jobsite for you, and says so under the list. Always check it's right before pressing Move. The page tells you when your location is being recorded, and it's saved only with the update. See Phone location on field updates.

If the item is broken, don't just move it — report the problem too.
